Llucmajor & Surroundings

The Llucmajor region forms the southern hinterland of Palma, combining established coastal urbanisations with substantial inland farmland. Llucmajor town itself is one of the largest in the south of the island; Sa Torre, Son Verí Nou, Vallgornera, Cala Pi, Cala Blava and Badia Gran extend the region's coastal reach.

The coastal villages here developed primarily in the 1980s and 1990s and offer a different proposition to the Southwest: substantial single-storey villas on flat plots, walkable distances to the sea, established gardens and a calmer, more residential atmosphere.
